SOLAR CONSULTING

 

•Completed consultancy of University of Sargodha for 2.5 MW solar PV system. The scope was implementation of 2.5 MW solar PV system as owner Engineer.-2025•Completed Consultancy of Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute DHA Phase- VI Lahore for 1 MWp Solar carport based structure PV on-grid system. Scope includes survey and assessment, preparation of RFP, Evaluation of Bids, preparation of draft contract and award of contract, supervision of supplies and Installation and final report submission and energy performance evaluation after first year. (2024)

 

•Completed Consultancy of Jacaranda Family Club DHA Phase II Islamabad for 1 MWp Solar carport based structure PV on-grid system. Scope includes survey and assessment, preparation of RFP, Evaluation of Bids, preparation of draft contract and award of contract, supervision of supplies and Installation and final report submission and energy performance evaluation after first year. (2024)•Completed Consultancy of FC College for aggregate 4 MWp Solar PV system at rooftops and parkings. The scope includes review of the proposals received from vendors ( 2023)

 

•Completed Consultancy for Mobiserve Pakistan for solar business set up. The scope includes Solar Market analysis, Solar Business Potential, Solar Segmentations, Solar business strategy providing competitive edge, Short term and Long term Solar Business Plan, Proposal and Quotation Development, Solar Business Organization Structure, HR team and Job Descriptions, Policy and regulations, Financing Options, Tax structure, Import of solar components, solar start up team and budget.(2021-2022)

 

•Consultant Garrison Academy Kharrian for 100 KWp On-Grid system with net metering. Scope includes per-qualification, RFP preparation, Bids evaluations, contract preparation and award of contract.(2021)•Consultant Housing Directorate RWP ( Askari Housing Lahore, RWP and Karachi) for various distributed Rooftop Solar PV systems varying from 10 KWp to 100 KWp.. Scope includes per-qualification, RFP preparation, Bids evaluations, contract preparation and award of contract.(2021-2022)

 

•Consultant DHA Islamabad for 308 KWp Solar System with Net Metering. Scope includes per-qualification, RFP preparation, Bids evaluations, contract preparation and award of contract. (2021)

 

•Consultant CMH Kharian Medical College for 100 KWp on-grid solar roof top system with Net Metering, Scope is pre-qualification, RFP preparation, Bids evaluations, contract preparation and award of contract. ( 2020),

 

•Consultant Military Engineering Services (MES) Directorate for aggregate 50 MWp Solar PV Power Plants on PPA basis through tariff based competitive bidding. The scope includes per-qualifIcation of bidders, preparation of RFP, Evaluation of Bidders, award of contract, inspection of installation and submission of final report ( from 2019 till continued)

 

•Completed six month consultancy of NUST 250KWp solar Grid Tied System having scope of pre-qualification of bidders, preparation of RFP, Evaluation of bids, award of contract and Verification of system installation asper contract. (2018)•Completed consultancy assignments for Design, Engineering, Tender development, supervision and monitoring of 200 Solar Lights and client is Gilgit Development Authority. ( 2017)

 

BUSINESS CONSULTING

•Completed feasibility of 1,2 MW of Solar PV system for Izmir Town for SBEEC PVT LTD.- 2022.•Completed six-month Consultancy for Market Study and Business development for Outback Power USA Products in Pakistan ( 2017)•Completed solar assessment and feasibility study of 4 MW solar system for NUST Islamabad. (2018)•

 

FUNDED TRAINING PROJECTS

 

•Worked as National Capacity Development Expert on ADB project of Clean Energy Investment ( CEI) Pakistan. In this project, delivered training on MHP to PEDO KPK staff and training on solar energy to Punjab Energy Deptt staff and conducted capacity need assessment and analysis and suggested strategies to bridge gaps and enhance organizational efficiency. ( 2015-16)

 

•One day training to AEDB Registered Solar Engineers on “ Designing of Solar PV system through PV Syst Designing Software” Batch-3 - (December 27, 2023) – Funder by GIZ/Integration Germany.

 

•One day training to AEDB Registered Solar Engineers on “ Designing of Solar PV system through PV Syst Designing Software” Batch-2 - (December 22, 2023)- Funded by GIZ/Integration Germany.

 

•One day training to AEDB Registered Solar Engineers on “ Designing of Solar PV system through PV Syst Designing Software” Batch-1 - (November 30, 2023)- Funded by GIZ/Integration Germany.•Training of 25 Women on Installation, Operation and Maintenance of Off-grid Solar System through mobile Lab by ETRC – August 28-Sept 03, 2023 – Funded by Asian Development Bank/Elan Partners.

 

•Training of 25 Women on Installation, Operation and Maintenance of Off-grid Solar System through mobile Lab by ETRC- August 21-27, 2023 – Funded by Asian Development Bank/Elan Partners.

 

•Hand-On training on installation, operation and maintenance of Solar PV off-grid, Hybrid and On-grid Solar PV systems to DAE and BTECH selected through advertisement on merit funded by LONGi China.- September 19-November 18, 2022.

 

•Hands-On training on solar PV off-grid system at PV trainer platform by ETRC to 40 Community people from South Punjab funded by GIZ – October 26-28, 2022.

 

•Hands-On training on installed solar PV off-grid Solar PV system at KPK to community people on Operation and Maintenance funded by GIZ- December 07-09, 2022.

 

•In addition to above funded projects, I have delivered many CPD trainings on Solar as approved Solar PV Expert by Pakistan Engineering Council at Quetta, Gilgit, Peshawar, Muzaffarabad, Sukkur, Multan, Sahiwal and Lahore. I delivered many regular trainings at my Institute on Solar PV design and Engineering, Solar Sales and Business, Solar PV Installations, Solar Pumping, Solar Project Management, Solar Water Heating, Energy Management, Renewable Energy Integration, Wind Power Systems and Battery Energy Storage Systems. This mission is continued.
